The set contains all the necessary accessories to grounding:

• A sleeping bag 210x90 cm with a press stud.
• A grounding plug with a 4m cable.

Warning for those who take blood-thinning medication. The study suggests that grounding thins the blood and therefore, the people who use blood-thinning medication should monitor their blood in order to decide, after consulting a physician, if there is a need to decrease the medication dosage. 

In order to use the grounding properly your skin has to touch the sleeping bag. 

One may put body lotions, creams, oils on the body two hours before the skin touches the sleeping bag as these cosmetics may contain substances which could oxidize and weaken the conductivity.

The grounding sleeping bag will work properly when inserted into the working household grounding socket. In case you are in doubt if your electrical installations and grounding function properly, contact the professional electrician. Do not use other cables than those provided in the set. 

• Choose the “Delicate” or “Gentle” wash setting
• Wash at the maximum temperature of 86°F/ 30°C
• Use the gentle liquid detergent
• Hang dry the sleeping bag
• Iron at the maximum temperature of 212°F/ 100°C
• Wash as often as any other sleeping bags

DO NOT: Use washing powders, bleaches, detergents, fabric softeners or fragrance oils, do not wash at the dry cleaner’s.

While using, the fibre silver in a natural oxidation process may stain the fabrics. It does not have any influence on the functioning of the product and does not have grounds for filing a complaint.
