  1. The Administrator carries out the processing operations of your personal data.
  2. The basis for the processing of your personal data is the contract concluded with Lifepack. This can be both a contract of sale and the provision of services electronically. This is supported by Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO. This is because the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with Lifepack, to which you are a party. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to perform the contract concluded with you.
    a. Your provision of your personal data is a condition for entering into a contract with you and its performance. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but without providing it Lifepack will not be able to enter into a contract with you.
  3. In addition, your data will be processed for the purposes of preparing and presenting tailored to the interests and needs of individuals, advertisements and offers and receiving commercial information, in particular, sending by Lifepack to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer the ordered Newsletter and display of advertisements of recommended products. In case the recipient of your personal data is a so-called processor, Lifepack enters into a personal data processing entrustment agreement with the processor as required by Article 28 of the RODO.
  5. Your data will be stored for the period of the statute of limitations for any civil or tax claims.
  6. We do not make decisions by automated means.
  7. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to portability of personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data will be processed on the basis of your consent. Please be informed that your consent can be withdrawn at any time, but this does not affect the validity of the processing activities undertaken by us prior to the withdrawal of consent.
  9. We inform you that we do not perform profiling using automated personal data processing systems.
